WHere is a simplified version of a beverage featured on our latest drinks list. It's a large-volume pre-mixed which is loaded with essence of the holiday season, making it perfect for hosting a celebration. Reserve the remaining syrup for breakfast cocktails, desserts, or for additional servings of this cocktail.

Serves 10 servings
To make the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Premix (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
Making the Cordial: Place all the components into a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Then, turn off the burner and let it to reach room temperature completely. Decant into an sterilised bottle, close it keeping it chilled, it can be stored for up to one month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix the specified spirits and syrup in a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then pass it through preferably using muslin, making it fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml from the cocktail base into your stirring glass packed with ice, and stir carefully for one minute to chill. Pour into an cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil over the top.
