More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
